ROHO (Rowan House) is a social club on the top floor of The Candy Factory. It’s a dedicated spot in Lancaster for your Friday night ritual, a place to settle in, find a comfortable corner, and enjoy the company of a community that values good conversation and a slower pace.

Rowan House

rooted in folklore.

The rowan tree has long symbolized protection, warmth, and meaningful connection in folklore, especially in Celtic traditions, where it was believed to guard sacred spaces and guide the spirit. Thought to ward off negativity and welcome community, the rowan tree was often planted at the threshold of homes, where people gathered.

ROHO is your third place, relaxed, social, and easy to settle into. Come to unwind, catch up with friends, or meet new faces in a way that feels natural (because yes, adults can still make friends; sometimes it just helps to have the right room).

Membership Details

The Social membership is $50 a month, month-to-month. It covers ROHO every Friday night from 7 to 10 PM, every TCF event and club including happy hours, the Saturday Work Café and the member Slack.

Is there a guest policy?

Yes. Social members can bring up to three friends to social gatherings, and one guest to the Saturday Work Café.
